At the request of the Gustav Wolf company, we made an 3d animation presenting a new wire factory that was recently opened in Zimna Wódka. As a result, our client had the opportunity to present his vision, a factory operating in the Industry 4.0 standard, where the main role in the production process is played by digital technology and artificial intelligence. Using the latest technological advances, global communication, cloud computing, Gustav Wolf shows what a modern factory looks like today, how it is ahead of the competition and what it brings to the potential customers of Gustav Wolf.

Due to the use of 3d animation, we were able to show the simultaneous operation of a maintenance-free hall, controlled thanks to constant supervision of the Cloud and simultaneously present the dependencies, interconnections and instructions performed by the machines, which Cloud Computing performs in real time. Acting as Digital Twin, Cloud based on digital DNA stored in each production element, creates a production schedule for the entire plant, from the beginning to the end of the process, for employees, machines and other elements outside the factory, necessary to make a perfect wire reel.
